#ReadyWhen proposes a new model for disaster planning, harnessing the skills of mass gatherings experts to dramatically improve community readiness. Majestic Collaborations launched this online campaign in September 2025 by  in collaboration with arts & emergency management partners. The culmination of nine years of work in the sector, the resource portal prepares arts venues, cultural organizations, and community gathering spaces to become vital assets in their communities’ disaster preparedness & response efforts.
